What we collect
When you book a viewing through the form on this site, we collect the information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, and any notes you add about which piece you want to see or what you're looking for. We don't ask for anything else, and we don't track you across the web.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It's cookieless, doesn't track individuals, and doesn't link your visits across sessions.
If you arrived from a paid ad (Google Search, Meta / Facebook, Microsoft Ads), we capture the standard click-tracking parameters from the link you clicked (utm_source, utm_campaign, gclid, fbclid, msclkid) and store them in your browser's session storage so that if you book a viewing, we can credit the right campaign. Closing the tab clears them.
When we're running paid ad campaigns, this site also loads Meta Pixel and Google Analytics 4 (gtag) to measure ad performance — when a booking comes in, those platforms learn that the booking happened so they can optimize spend. They set first-party cookies in your browser for that purpose. Both respect Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control signals where supported and you can block them at the browser level. If you're seeing this site outside of an active ad campaign window, these pixels are not loaded.
What we do with it
Your booking goes to one inbox we read personally so we can text or email you back to confirm a viewing time. We never sell, rent, or share your contact info with anyone. The only place your name and phone touch a third party is Resend (the email service that delivers our reply to you), your phone carrier (when we text), and — for bookings attributed to a paid ad click — a hashed (one-way) form of your email and phone is sent to Meta and Google to confirm a "conversion happened" without revealing the raw identifier. Plain-text contact details are never sent to ad platforms.
We don't build a remarketing list of your contact details. The ad-platform side of this is anonymized cookie-based and tied to the device, not to your inbox. If you want new-arrival emails someday, that's opt-in and we'll be clear about it.
How long we keep it
Booking emails sit in our inbox indefinitely the same way any small business keeps customer correspondence. Want yours deleted? Email us and we'll wipe everything we have within 7 days.
Cloudflare and hosting
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may log standard request information (IP address, user-agent, page path, response time) for traffic analysis and security. Cloudflare's own privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy covers what they do with that.
Cookies
Outside of active paid ad campaigns, this site sets no cookies and the only browser storage we use is the short-lived session storage entry for ad click parameters described above.
When ad campaigns are live, Meta Pixel and Google Analytics 4 set their own first-party cookies (typically _fbp, _ga, and _gid) for measurement. You can block them with most ad blockers, browser tracking-prevention settings, or by visiting Google / Meta to read their cookie policies in detail.
Short-lived session cookies for the admin area exist if you're authorized to access it (which you almost certainly aren't — that's just for the owner).
Children
This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you think we have, please email us and we'll delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what we have on file (name, email, phone, booking notes).
- Correct anything that's wrong.
- Delete it all.
Just email us at the address on the contact page. No forms, no friction. We'll act on your request within 7 days.
Changes
If we ever change how we handle data, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes (new third parties, new data collected) will be called out in a banner on the site for 30 days.
